Healthy Flatbread Crackers
These baked crisps can be made in just minutes from leftover wraps. Crunchy and delicious, they’re perfect with dips or on their own, and are much healthier than store-bought versions.

Instructions
  1. Cut the wraps into slices, then diagonally into evenly sized triangle shapes.
  2. Place them in an oven tray and give them a liberal spray of olive oil, then sprinkle with fine salt.
  3. Give them a good shake, so they’re coated in the oil and salt, and place in the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, keeping a constant eye on them. When they’re golden brown, remove from oven and allow them to cool and crisp up.
  5. Tip into a bowl and munch away!
