EPIC MOVIE. LITERALLY (kids’ movie review)

This is all I saw of Big Sis for one hour and 42 minutes, after we were given a download of the fancy new kids’ animation film EPIC to watch.

She loved the fantasy tale (from the creators of Ice Age) about the adventures of a teenage girl magically transported to a secret universe hidden in the nearby forest, who joins a battle to save the local Leafmen, from evil warriors.

In her words it was ‘Sooooooooooo good!’ High praise indeed from a five-year-old.

It’s great for the kids, but clever enough to appeal to adults as well (not that I got a look in, with Big Sis hogging the iPad).

If you want to check it out yourself, Epic is available on DigitalHD™ now, and Blu-ray and DVD from 7th October, courtesy of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

You can find it on iTunes HERE
