I’ve just made a donation on the fantastic Bloggers for Haiti Just Giving page set up by English Mum. As the death roll rises on the devastated Caribbean island, it’s easy to think that your contribution won’t make a difference – but every single pound counts. The Bloggers for Haiti campaign has already raised over £3600, and so far the funds have paid for seven disaster relief kits put together by Shelterbox (see the pic above). Each box includes a 10-person tent, a camping stove, cooking utensils, blankets, and building tools. So visit the site, donate whatever you can afford, and help save lives.
I’m Jacqui – a 40+ journalist, blogger and mum to two funny & spirited girls; Big Sis, born summer 2008, and Lil Sis, born autumn 2010.
We live just outside London and are about to embark on a big, messy, long-awaited home renovation.
I was a magazine journalist for 20 years, but since 2009 I’ve been a full-time blogger and digital influencer (over 21,000+ Twitter followers, 5,000+ Facebook likes, 3,500+ G+ circles, 3,000 Instagram and 2,400+ Pinterest followers).
