Get me, running my first proper grown-up clothes post!
Usually I'm showing off the kids' fashion, but, hey, I wear clothes too, you know (thank God, I hear you all mutter). Anyway, you all know how much I luuuuuurve a bargain, so I thought I'd show off my latest little frugal fancies (francies..?)
So, I took a trip to Matalan and spotted this blue & cream chunky-knit FALMER CARDIE. (I've cropped out my face because
It's made from acrylic, but is mixed with wool, and even has a dash of Alpaca, which makes it warm, soft and super comfy. Wait for it... £30.
I've pretty much lived in this all over Christmas - it's the perfect 'snuggle-up-in-front-of-the-couch-and-watch-movies' cardie.
Today, I dressed it with leggings and brown leather boots for the school run, but it goes brilliantly with jeans and a t-shirt, or my Wellicious yoga pants; for the pinnacle of unashamedly comfy clobber.
And since we're on the subject of my Matalan bargains, I also picked up this little Art Deco-inspired number: £12 on sale. Bargain!!
