Just before Lil Sis killed my MacBook, I was sent this rather funky black and saffron be.ez LA robe Club computer sleeve.
I envisaged using it as a super-cool protective case to tuck my electronic baby safely away at night, not to mention a protective barrier from the sticky fingers of Lil Sis (she’s developed a rather persistent habit recently of pulling it on to her lap as soon as I leave the room, and sending out gibberish emails to my clients. Teensy bit embarrassing).
But before I really had a chance to really put it to the test, Lil Sis gave my laptop a bath in fizzy drink and it exploded! Well, it didn’t really explode, it just kind of fizzled out – but that doesn’t sound nearly so exciting.
On the bright side, I still got to use it my be.ez sleeve… to take my computer to the repair shop.
So here’s all the technical guff – it’s made from soft but durable polyurethane, with a layer of memory foam, so my laptop felt really protected. I loved the snug, lightweight design, which fits easily into a briefcase or travel luggage. And if your children use a computer or iPad for school, it’s a stylish, and affordable way to protect them from knocks and scratches.
Prices for the be.ez laptop sleeves start from £22.99. They come in 13″, 15″, and iPad sizes, and are available from all be.ez stockists.
