MASTER MANIPULATOR (bamboo fun tablet review)

No, Big Sis hasn’t developed a strange tropical skin condition. That would suggest we’ve actually been somewhere tropical which, sadly, is not the case.

I’ve been doodling on my new WACOM BAMBOO FUN tablet. And, let me tell you peeps. It. Is. Cool.

Just plug it into the side of your computer via the USB cable, and the tablet takes on a variety of functions – from a large trackpad, to a digital notebook, to a funky art pad. You can sketch, manipulate photos (as seen by my hilaaaarious example above), sign off emails with your own signature, and even transcribe handwriting into text.

It took a little while for me to get used to maneouvring the track pad – which can be used with your fingers, or the special Bamboo Stylus – but once I’d gotten the hang of it, I found it really responsive and easy to use.

Sure, the tablet is not an essential, but it’s darn good fun, and encourages creativity, and I can’t wait to unleash more kerrrrrrazy graphics on the blog. (They’ll get better, I promise!)
