Gidday. We haven’t officially met yet. I’m Lil Sis, but I also answer to Bubs, Bubba, Cheeky Chops, Chuckles, and Smoochy McSchmoo Schmoo (wipe that smile off your face – I didn’t choose these ridiculous nicknames…).
Now, I hope you don’t mind if I finish my fruit toast fingers while we chat – I don’t want them to get cold, but I just couldn’t wait to tell you all about my new Fisher Price Easyclean highchair.
Let’s get one thing straight – I don’t just park my tushie in any old highchair. No siree. I’m a gal with standards, and I demand quality.
I’ve been using this now for a few weeks – I’ve been trying something called Baby Led Weaning, which I’ll tell you more about another time.
So let me tell you what I love about this.
Firstly, it has a fun, colourful cover that’s all soft and squishy, so I’m super comfy. Mummy loves the fact that it’s really quick and easy to clean, and doesn’t have lots of nooks and crannies for crumbs to hide in. She can even take it off really easily, and chuck it in the washing machine.
It has rubbery straps that wipe clean, which Mummy also likes because the last highchair had fabric straps that got really grubby. She was a bit worried that they’d rub on my skin, but it turns out they’ve got a special coating that stops them from sticking.
The tray has a removable top layer, so it can be easily taken off and loaded in the dishwasher. The highchair can be even adjusted to four different heights, so the tray can be removed completely, and I can sit with Mummy and Daddy and Big Sis at the table – like a proper big girl!!
Mummy also says she loves the wheels at the front, because she can easily move the highchair around the dining room.
